This is truly authentic and French. Super friendly service and delicious French cuisine with something for everyone. The value for money is excellent and not expensive for what you get. The setting is special and a must-see. Sitting on the terrace right in the middle of the medieval village, just behind the gate. You simply have to eat here. A huge congratulations to the owners; it was simply excellent.

What a wonderful discovery this village bar-restaurant in Bize-Minervois is, located on the market square in the old town center! The welcome is very friendly and pleasant, even for customers like us who arrive without a reservation after 1:30 pm... The cuisine is simple yet refined, showcasing local products! The "cratette" menu offers excellent value for money for a complete and generous meal, and the beef fillet is a real treat... All served with a smile—what more could you ask for? We hope to become regular customers very soon.
