The dishes are homemade with only regional products.
The cheeses matured in the restaurant's cellar are sometimes surprising.
On the other hand, the service is very very long. We arrived at 12:15 p.m. to leave after 3 p.m....

Honestly, a favorite place...welcome, top service and absolutely delicious meal. The waiter knows the products perfectly. As for the latter only local. Other restaurants in France should follow their example. Don't hesitate to stop there.

I was able to appreciate this restaurant which offers authentic and excellent cuisine with the added bonus of a very warm welcome and an impressive cheese platter and all the explanations very kindly given by the person serving. It was a few years ago but I plan to return there very soon as part of the Phot'Aubrac festival...

It doesn't look like much but it's worth the detour. A warm welcome, an atypical place and a cuisine to die for. Everything is delicious!!!
The cheese platter alone can make a meal for amateurs.
Go there with your eyes closed.
What's more, unrivaled value for money!!!

We are well received, the setting is nice, the meal is good and made with local products, the menu is very (too?) plentiful.
The cheese platter is an experience in itself!
Advantage for those like me who don't like crowds, there is enough room not to be on top of each other.

One of my must-see addresses in Lozère, if you are a few km away, go for it!
Amuses bouche already very good, the dishes of a quality, with comments on the origin, difficult to make more local!
The same goes for desserts, with very good chocolate to accompany the coffee.
And the kindness, the humility of the boss 🙏🏻
