Excellent, impeccable, and very refined cuisine. A one-hour wait between ordering and being served...with a child, the wait is far too long. We expressed our dissatisfaction...offended...he tried to charge us for an extra meal....

There was clearly a misunderstanding between the owner and us. I had taken the precaution of calling ahead, specifying that we were coming with a 3-year-old daughter and that we didn't want paella. He had told me to arrive at noon to order and be served quickly. We had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes before being served. A shame. Several other people, like us, found the service very slow. However, the food is delicious.

There were five of us, including a toddler, for whom the wait was particularly long. When we pointed out to the owner that we had arrived on time as requested, his response was: "Yes, but I can't know what you want." True enough, but a wait of over an hour to be served is still difficult to understand. In short: quality food, but disappointing service and a lack of consideration for customers.
