How can I put it? Just perfect, as usual. Always a warm welcome and quick service… my partner and I came this time for Valentine's Day and the menu was excellent, fresh produce and generous portions… thank you so much and don't change a thing… See you soon!

Highly recommended, excellent value for money. One thing to note: for the price, an aperitif could have been offered, and for the dessert (a beetroot medley), there could have been a choice of other options. My husband ate the beetroot crisps.

Valentine's Day meal; the menu was delicious and not too expensive. Except for the dessert—you have to like beetroot for dessert, but I found it very pleasant to discover new flavors. Thank you!

A great discovery! A REAL restaurant where the cuisine is refined, the dishes are delicious, and a great selection of menus. A beautiful address with an authentic setting and well-chosen and modern decor. Bravo!

A welcoming and well-located place near the Château d'Anet. You can definitely go there, but my rating is a little low because I wasn't totally impressed by the cuisine and the dishes we were served. This may be due to the fact that we were a group of 50 people, which probably meant some simplifications in terms of preparation. We nevertheless had a good time there and the staff was very nice.

Beautiful place. From the welcome to the decor, you quickly feel at home at the Auberge de la Rose. The food is delicious, for a reasonable price. A wonderful discovery—I recommend it.

01/12/2025: I'm leaving out the fifth star for the food, which I haven't had a chance to try yet, but the steak frites with mushroom sauce whetted my appetite this weekend. I stuck to coffee and the PMU (betting shop), and it was really great. These bars/brasseries/PMUs should be listed as UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage! Unfortunately, they tend to disappear in favor of cold, phony concepts. Strong support to the Café du Château.
05/11/2025: Excellent little brasserie. Quality cuisine, efficient and friendly service. Very good value for money.
