14/09/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! We had a fantastic time at Maison Michaud. The setting is simply idyllic, on the banks of the Fier River, with a beautiful view of the garden. The restaurant is magnificent and perfectly blends tradition and modernity with great taste. The cuisine is a real success: refined and elegant, yet unpretentious. The ingredients are fresh, local, and seasonal, with some even coming directly from the garden. You can feel the genuine care given to the ingredients and the precision of the dishes. The service is also top-notch: attentive, responsive, and warm, while perfectly matching the high standards of the cuisine. The staff is present just the right amount, contributing fully to the enjoyment of the meal. We also had the pleasure of staying in one of their guest rooms, which was very pleasant, comfortable, and perfectly in keeping with the spirit of the place. A lovely way to extend the experience and fully appreciate this magnificent setting. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end and had a wonderful time. A charming place that we wholeheartedly recommend and where we will gladly return! Greg and Dora
