A rediscovery of Maison Michaud where the 2 sons took over from their parents. A warm welcome, a very pretty restaurant and a top terrace with a view of the river. We had a great evening, very well done cuisine, taste on the plates and originality. Impeccable service and good wine advice...all we have to do is try the guest rooms. Living in Seyssel and fans of cuisine, we've been walking past it for 20 years saying to ourselves, "We'll have to go and taste it one day." It’s finally been done since then. We had to book 2 weeks in advance but it was so good and refined that I understand why. We will return with pleasure as we enjoyed this taste journey.
