Auberge de Pantouquet sur Fontiers-Cabardes

The inn is magnificent and situated in a very pretty setting. The atmosphere is warm and the restaurant's decor is particularly tasteful. As for the food, it's simply exceptional. We started with a charcuterie board as a starter, which was very good. For our main courses, we had a delicious ribeye steak and an equally excellent hanger steak, both enhanced by a pleasant wood-fired grilled flavor. The portions are generous and the value for money is truly outstanding. I highly recommend it: a place to discover and savor without hesitation.

Bravo! For organizing our wedding so professionally, warmly, with such care for the beautiful table decorations, and above all, for the incredible kindness and attentiveness of the entire team. Bravo to the chefs for their incredible generosity—and I mean it!—in the dishes and charcuterie boards. The quality of all the products was outstanding. Bravo to the pastry chef for the incredible Paris-Brest! So delicious! Special mention to Thibault and the new mom—our absolute favorites! Thank you so much! We had an unforgettable time with you!

A very nice discovery, refined and very generous cuisine, young and dynamic staff, friendly and attentive, setting and decor with a retro atmosphere with many objects in the style, parking and wifi, lunch which I recommend.

A very pleasant place. Excellent traditional cuisine. Top-notch waitresses and waiters. One major drawback: we were very cold.

For December 31, 2025, It's not normal that we were so cold (15°C) for this New Year's Eve party, which we had to cut short. You need to plan for everything (heating) when you organize this kind of event. It's a shame you lost customers, and I won't be recommending you. IT'S VERY REGRETTABLE

Superb place, generous portions, good food, excellent service

I was very disappointed by this restaurant. While the setting is admittedly quite pleasant and the service rather efficient, the prices are exorbitant. The baked Camembert with croutons was €17 and nothing special, the pork pluma €28 was bland, and the 600g matured Simmental beef €64 was poorly cooked (not at all caramelized on the sides as it should be). It's just not acceptable... Not to mention the XL profiterole at €14, which was overcooked and far inferior to what I got in a restaurant in Revel for the exact same quantity and at €8.20 there... Only the fries were tasty. The new owners seem more concerned with money than customer satisfaction, so this is my first and last time...
