An exceptional place, as are the food and service. The cuts of meat are of rare quality. The prices are reasonable considering the delicious flavors offered. Furthermore, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend it.

What a restaurant! The welcome, the setting, the quality of the food… everything is perfect for a warm and friendly family meal. Meat lovers will be delighted! Even the vegetarian options are excellent: the tomato and mozzarella salad is superb!
Sophie and Clement are passionate about their work and hospitality, and it shows. 😋😋😋

I'd heard so much about this restaurant. After several hours on the road, I was able to enjoy an incredible bone marrow, followed by a T-bone steak. The meat was perfectly cooked, tender, and incredibly flavorful. I've rarely, if ever, eaten meat like it.
All this with impeccable service (thank you, Clement and Sophie), in a beautiful setting and ambiance.
The only downside is that I don't live nearby, so I can't eat there often 😉

Nestled in the heart of the Montagne Noire, Le Pantouquet is a haven of peace with a delightful atmosphere. We went there for a wedding and we weren't disappointed! The welcome, the food, the drinks—everything was perfect. Clément and Sophie went out of their way to ensure the evening was a success, and it was!
Just one additional suggestion: a vegetarian dish! 😉

A must-visit for lovers of fine meats, conviviality, and nature: Clément, Sophie, and their team go the extra mile to create exceptional events. Quality and service are guaranteed.
Special mention goes to the duck breast, hanger steak, and pluma, which are succulent. And the T-bone steak... absolutely worth trying!
The space is ideal for large family gatherings. I highly recommend it!
