We regularly eat at the Auberge de Rochetaillée; it's become a ritual for us. The welcome is always top-notch, and the food is excellent. We ate there on Sunday and were annoyed to hear comments directed at the owner. A table for 40 people was there, criticizing her behavior, all over a gratin dish. They were awful to her. Please know that the owner is a wonderful person who takes good care of her customers, and her waiter is kind. And kudos to the chef for his work!

I had an exceptional time: an excellent meal, full of flavor, in an ideal setting with an incomparable view. A big thank you to Nadine and her team for their warm welcome and professionalism. Special mention for the tomato sauce, which reminded me of my Italian mother's... a true taste of authenticity and tradition!

We ate very well at this inn; we were served by a very nice young man. Unfortunately, he would air his grievances in front of everyone and shout, which was a shame.

A timeless restaurant. A magnificent, slightly retro dining room with a breathtaking view. A selection of dishes that are all tempting, it's hard to choose. Fabulous cuisine with fresh produce. The atmosphere is also exceptional, with a boss who doesn't let herself be fooled. The prices are very reasonable. A must-try for a return visit. Thank you to this team, where everyone has their place.

13/12/2024: We privatized the top of Alsatian to celebrate our wedding and we were delighted, as were all the guests! The place is friendly and clean, the service was efficient even though there were also customers to serve downstairs, the employees are very pleasant and the food is super good! The manager followed what we asked to the letter and everything went very well. Since then, we have regularly come to eat with friends and it is a place that I highly recommend! Many thanks to you!
08/12/2024: First time when booking for the end of my thesis. Theflammenkueches are very good and the beer is quality. I recommend with friends!
