A pleasant discovery. Air-conditioned rooms. Delicious food.

Excellent frogs' legs and river fried fish, lovely shaded terrace. Attentive waitresses. The experience was the same as my 2025 review, but with more creativity in some dishes. Regarding the meal itself, our fried fish would have been better if it hadn't been overcooked, like the one we were served. Overall, the portions are generous and should fully satisfy even the heartiest appetites. Conclusion: very good value for money.

The Auberge de Saint-Oyen is a beautiful establishment with its stone walls, an imposing fireplace, and a large terrace that is sure to be very pleasant on sunny days. The cuisine features simple but delicious dishes such as salmon, snails, and billch. The desserts are varied and not too sweet, ideal for finishing the meal. The waitress was exceptionally kind and smiling from beginning to end.

A very good address that I recommend, very good value for money, well prepared and succulent dishes, a menu that changes, the waitress is super friendly with always a smile, we have frequented this restaurant several times and we have never been disappointed, I recommend without hesitation.

Everything was perfect, no complaints. We'll be back.
