An absolutely exceptional experience! The seven-course tasting menu was incredible, worthy of its Michelin star, perhaps even surpassing it! The service was simply perfect! And the room was very pleasant! A top-notch evening at a reasonable price—a very pleasant surprise!

The chef is an artist. He is a creator of excellence in French cuisine.

Last Sunday evening, four of us from Switzerland enjoyed the "La Marande" menu. It was a truly exceptional culinary experience. Each course was beautifully and artistically presented. The entire menu was full of delightful surprises. The ingredients were perfectly balanced and artfully combined. Yes, we have eaten excellent appetizers and desserts at other restaurants. But never before have we experienced a menu where every course, from the first amuse-bouche to the coffee treats, was prepared to such a high standard. We congratulate the chef on this extraordinary achievement, with which he spoiled us. We also want to acknowledge our two hosts, who guided us through the evening with attentiveness, expertise, and great charm. Thank you!

A wonderful discovery for a family birthday celebration. We opted for the tasting menu, which was a hit with everyone! Just like the food, the welcome and service were also excellent, simple, and friendly; you feel comfortable as soon as you walk through the door. We didn't have the pleasure of meeting the chef, but we thank him for his excellent service.

Located near Tournus and the A6 motorway, La Marande is an excellent restaurant with several very comfortable rooms. Situated in the countryside, the hotel is peaceful and offers ample parking, enclosed for overnight stays. The quality of the menu is noteworthy. The artful combination of flavors more than justifies its Michelin star, especially considering the excellent value for money! The service is friendly and efficient. For us, it's a place we've visited before and will definitely return to!

We tried the 8-course tasting menu with wine pairings for lunch today (a delightful discovery!). First, we received a warm welcome from the owner, who was both professional and friendly. Then came the excellent, attentive service and the high-quality traditional dishes. The sea bream was cooked to perfection, with a seasonal emulsion and garnish, followed by scallops, foie gras, morels, Bresse chicken, and a selection of unusual and excellent cheeses, all culminating in delicious and beautifully presented desserts. The seasonal produce was superb. Special attention was paid to the tableware. The setting was very clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated (curtains, artwork). We were pleased to note that the chef came to greet us at the end of our meal. We also noticed that the portions were very generous! A must-try for anyone wanting to discover the Mâconnais region and embark on a surprising and successful culinary experience!

We went for lunch. Excellent meal with top-notch service. I highly recommend this restaurant and we will definitely return.
