Hello, we came for dinner last night, and the setting is really lovely, rustic, just the way we like it. I have to say, the manager deserves respect; she makes sure everything is perfect for our meal, and even though she's running around the dining room all by herself, the team supports and helps her. She's a truly endearing person who knows her stuff. Kudos to the chef, it was really delicious, just a touch too acidic for my taste in the pan-seared foie gras (a matter of personal preference). A wonderful discovery; we had a fantastic evening.
