18/10/2023: Very good restaurant, we had lunch there one afternoon and dinner one evening. Each time we have been satisfied! Very good products, good food, pleasant service.

13/10/2023: An extraordinary place and has more than one title. I think this address is worth the trip in itself. The wines, all organic wines, the sommelier (well the one who acts as one) has a knowledge worthy of the most qualified. Those who follow me know that I am an informed lover of natural wines. Here you have plenty of choice, and it is immense. But the sommelier knows how to guide, listen and tell the stories of these winegrowers in regions as diverse as Languedoc-Roussillon, Gaillac and of course the great southwest. Moreover, he could not guess that I was listening to him knowingly (in fact many of these winegrowers are at least acquaintances, if not friends..) But the cuisine is served with “organic” and local products. A great initiative too. A complete 5-course menu that you can find individually if I can put it that way.
