Wonderful experience! My dining companion & I arrived just before dinner time. We were greeted warmly and seated right away. We chose a local IPA and sipped it while the house presented an excellent amuse-Bouche of olive tapenade. We then shared the “salade d’hiver” with sausages, bacon, and fresh greens. So good! My dining companion had the pork shank and i had a wonderful chicken sandwich. Both were magnificent! We will definitely return! A dining experience not to be missed!

Very good 5-day stay in Les Erables with full board. The dishes were varied and plentiful. We felt expected by the manager and very well received by his teams and his jovial mood.

We spent a short week in this hostel. The couple who run this inn are exceptional. Kindness, availability, always in a good mood. the meals are ultra copious and delicious and they are truly homemade with local products. If you pass in the area, don't hesitate to stop by.

I spent 15 days for work in the region and I stayed full board in this hostel. I recommend 100%. Flavien and his wife, the managers, are very friendly with their clients. Listening and very accommodating. As for the restaurant, what can I say other than that it is delicious with only homemade dishes and local products. I would have liked to stay a little longer because it feels so good! Don’t hesitate 👍👍
