While hiking in the region, we stayed at this inn because the Berbois refuge was closed. Thanks to the services offered, we had a very pleasant stay and managed to get everything we wanted (full board, packed lunches, etc.). A big thank you to the cook who prepared breakfast and packed lunches for us at 7 a.m. on a Sunday morning! The rooms are a bit dated, but the prices are consistent with the level of comfort offered.

We ate at this establishment twice and thoroughly enjoyed our meals! Very good quality for a reasonable price and top-notch service! They offer dry-aged beef, a real treat.

Ideally located on the GTJ hiking trail. A very warm welcome from Sara. The half-board package was more than adequate. Maël, the chef, prepared excellent vegetarian dishes for us. A highly recommended place to stay.

I recommend all the beef dishes at this restaurant. They were very well prepared and generously portioned. Unfortunately, the morel mushroom tart didn't live up to the quality of the rest of the meal: the morel flavor was barely perceptible and ruined by a bitter, burnt taste.

A nice place to stay on my GTJ (Grande Traversée du Jura). The managers are friendly and very accommodating! Thank you to them! The rooms are basic, a bit dated. The shower is tiny, and there's no towel hook, which is a shame. There's no cold water at the sink because the mixer tap is broken. The walls are quite thin. You can hear the other guests quite a bit. The evening meal and breakfast are rather light, but the products are good. But it does the job!

A great place to remember for a meal featuring excellent ingredients at reasonable prices. The dining room is tastefully decorated in a Jura style. Thank you for a lovely time.

04/07/2026: The entire staff was very friendly and attentive. Excellent food! A peaceful place. Very well located for hiking, with picnic facilities available. You really feel like you're on vacation.

28/02/2024: Nous avons connu les Tavaillons l'an passé, une belle surprise. Cette année, alors que nous logeons aux Rousses, nous décidons de venir se balader à la peste et de terminer aunTavaillon pour un bon repas. Et nous avons encore très bien mangé, l'endroit est très chaleureux, nous nous croyons dans un salon avec le poêle à bois, les canapés et les jeux de société. Avec nos enfants et les amis nous avons apprécié les repas. Les plats sont succulents et les desserts maisons sont parfaits. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
