Hôtel-Restaurant Burdet sur La Pesse

We had the opportunity to go to the restaurant 3 times during our stay in Burgundy Franche-Comté. Everything is good at Burdet! Meat, poultry, fish, cheese, desserts! Superb wine list for all budgets. We recommend without any hesitation!

With a little fondue and any dish...the food is excellent even if the decor remains dated..."the clothes don't look good"

The restaurant is as pleasant as ever, the cuisine is just priceless and unrivaled, like that of our grandparents. Very beautiful plates, homemade dishes even desert, a rarity not to be missed!!! The price is worth a hundred times the meal, thank you again for this good time at your place, I highly recommend the establishment!!
