Come here for the best cassoulet. I do not like beans, but this was heavenly!!! After eating this I am going to try to make cassoulet even though it will not be anywhere as good as this heavenly dish. Amazing experience. Beautiful ambiance and presentation.

A wonderful discovery today at a restaurant in Carcassonne, which I had the pleasure of making with my cousin. The meal was truly excellent; we opted for the €38 set menu, and everything was delicious from start to finish. The service was impeccable: pleasant, attentive, and above all, without any annoying wait. We were really able to enjoy our meal at our leisure, taking the time to chat and savor each course without feeling rushed. A big thank you to the two waitresses for their kindness and professionalism; it's not an easy job, and it truly deserves to be highlighted. The location itself was also a delightful surprise, a small, unassuming spot tucked away on a side street, far from the tourist crowds. But once inside, the atmosphere is warm and the decor is really lovely. You feel right at home. And one small but important detail: the restrooms were spotless, very clean, and well-maintained, which is always reassuring and pleasant in a restaurant. In short, an excellent experience that we thoroughly enjoyed, both for the quality of the meal and for the setting and the welcome. A great place to remember 👍

Delicious food! A complete and excellent menu. Good value for money. The inn offers a vegan menu, which was fantastic! From appetizer to dessert, everything was perfect. Kudos to the team for their warm welcome and kindness. A wonderful discovery in the medieval city of Carcassonne!

My wife and I went one weekend. We booked at the restaurant in advance. The atmosphere was very relaxing, the service and food were excellent, and the main course was much more generous than we expected, so we were able to order one dish to share.
