Auberge des Pins Restaurant sur Tourrettes

Came as part of a box with two friends they came without, disappointed with the restaurant first evening a lot of things were missing on the menu and the second evening we thought that the shopping would not be done at all the same and yet we are still in full swing season September 17, in fact I think that coming with a box is what we made the proposed restaurant understand what is left in the fridges. We say it's open all year round but we asked on the second evening to have an omelette for my friend because the chef's dish was the same as the day before and we said there is no egg 😂. Well, in short, I don't think that's correct because obviously I had a deduction on the meals but we had wine, drinks on the side and others and our friends paid full price. Then we tell you breakfast between 7:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. but you have to say what time we are going to come. So on vacation. 🤔on the other hand the staff is very friendly whether it is the waiters or the cook and the breakfast included in the correct box. clean comfortable room and towels changed every day. too bad we fell on two days of rain and did not have took advantage of the swimming pool I definitely think this place is good for wedding events etc....

Very nice concept. Very nice room and bathroom, clean and comfortable. Very welcoming, smiling and competent staff. Exteriors and swimming pool very well maintained and nicely landscaped. Small downside, the road just behind the establishment, a little noisy when you have a drink on the terrace or when you are on a deckchair by the pool. However, no problem at night because the room is very well insulated and air-conditioned.

What can we say about our wedding on June 14, 2024... if it's just the perfect word in all its meaning. We wanted a wedding in our image and above all an unforgettable wedding, which was the case. For almost a year the whole team supported us. From the meal to the different service providers. An organization organized like music, the perfect meal, excellent service, decoration perfectly made according to our taste. I can only advise future brides and grooms to contact your establishment. Our guests were also delighted, everyone was delighted with the meal and the place and the various services. A big thank you to Stéphane .Lucie.charlottte and the entire restaurant team. A special mention for Ambre who knew how to manage our wedding masterfully and accede to all our requests always with a smile. The friendliness of the staff is second to none. A true mark of professionalism. I recommend the Auberge des pins 200%. We leave with our hearts full of very good memories. 1000 congratulations to everyone.

A very warm welcome and very kind staff On the other hand, we had called a day before to be able to reserve a room with a Wonderbox on the phone, we were told that a room was available but when we arrived the next day we were told that there were no more rooms available. so we were put in a privilege room for €20 more per night... With the Wonderbox we had the right to 2 nights, 2 dinners and 2 breakfasts When we arrived at the restaurant for dinner we were told that for meals with the Wonderbox we were entitled to €20/person Dishes vary between €14 and €20 So the deserts are our responsibility And drinks are not included in the €20 dinner The next morning we go for lunch and we are told that for the breakfast it will be €6 more even though we had already paid for it with the Wonderbox we are told that it is because it is an all-you-can-eat breakfast so we have to pay 6€ more We then refused the breakfasts They were kind and we therefore reimbursed the breakfast paid with the Wonderbox on the evening dinner But in the end we still had to spend more than we had planned since we had a "privilege" room Although we had called before to find out if there was space and we were told yes...

Amazing location great service, friendly helpful staff great in-house options for parties and weddings

Very nice hotel and well located. On the other hand, the service in the restaurant is not up to par with the place unfortunately, a certain lack of professionalism in the service... the orders take a very long time to arrive, they sometimes arrive with errors and especially during the meal service, negotiations at tables for a wedding organization... reserve a meeting room to do business, not in the middle of the restaurant... in short it's a shame, the cuisine remains very good, the rooms are very nice for a short stay and the reception staff are very welcoming and smiling.
