Despite some unpleasant comments, we were at the Auberge des Platanes on Easter Monday 2026. We have absolutely no complaints about the service or the staff; on the contrary, they were all smiling and attentive, and the food was very good. For those who might be tempted to criticize, the restrooms are clean, there are no cobwebs, and the lock works perfectly. I sincerely recommend this restaurant. You can go there without hesitation. We were at table 201 and we will definitely return.

A very pleasant restaurant with a dynamic and welcoming team. We highly recommend Spritz Saint Germain!
We had a wonderful time: a beautiful setting, a delicious meal with delightful desserts, all at a very reasonable price!
We'll be back!

I'm giving the rooms 3 stars because I haven't actually stayed there, but for the hostel, I imagine the service is suffering due to the off-season.
The tables are dirty, and the welcome is a bit cold. The service isn't bad, but it's chaotic; you have to ask three times for things, and the glasses are very dirty. It's a shame.

Very well located and pleasant. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. I had a great weekend and would definitely go back. The restaurant was very good and the portions were generous, and they were very accommodating to me with my health issues. (They prepared a dish just for me.)

Lunch Service:
People attract people... The meal was average. The potatoes were overcooked and overcooked. The rare duck breast was overcooked, and the confit was very dry. The service could have been more pleasant.

We asked for a table for two, and ended up with 50 people: the two of us and 48 spiders.
Not counting the ones we didn't see.
The food served was generous and good, but the hygiene of the establishment needs to be improved.
Given the state of the dining room (where we eat), I can't imagine the state of the kitchen.
The table was sticky, the glasses smelled bad.

We had lunch there for 4 and everything was very good and generous. The truffle croque, with real bread, is gratinated and tasty. Also faultless for the confits, served with Sarladaise potatoes that are crispy on the outside and melting on the inside. Fast and professional service
