Excellent value for money. Superb location on the banks of the Dordogne, a stone's throw from the riverboat departures. Great truffle sandwich.

We had lunch as a family on a public holiday. We enjoyed the terrace with its beautiful view and the warm, welcoming service! We ate very well and were very happy. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We stayed one night in this hotel on the banks of the Dordogne River. We received a very warm welcome. Our room faced the street, so it was a bit noisy in the morning due to deliveries around 6 am. However, the free parking was a plus.

A night spent in the hotel annex with our grandson, two rooms separated by a bathroom. Clean and spacious. We had dinner on the terrace overlooking the Dordogne River: Périgord salad and a hamburger. And for Elie's birthday, the owner treated him to dessert. The waiter in his Haitian shirt was so cool and funny. A hearty breakfast and a pleasant waitress. All in all, perfect for us. Ge

Despite some unpleasant comments, we were at the Auberge des Platanes on Easter Monday 2026. We have absolutely no complaints about the service or the staff; on the contrary, they were all smiling and attentive, and the food was very good. For those who might be tempted to criticize, the restrooms are clean, there are no cobwebs, and the lock works perfectly. I sincerely recommend this restaurant. You can go there without hesitation. We were at table 201 and we will definitely return.

A passionate restaurateur who cooks with truly excellent, seasonal ingredients, showcasing them in delightful combinations. And the service was friendly and attentive, with a hostess who took great care of her! Thank you both! We'll definitely be back if we're ever in the area!
31/03/2026: Amazing amazing food! Using local produce such as white asparagus, local river caught carp, morels, the food was deliciously complex and beautifully presented. The space is relaxing and full of beautiful art. The host was funny and entertaining. We had a great time and highly recommend this place if you are nearby!
