A very nice discovery of this restaurant, the staff are very professional and efficient. I thoroughly enjoyed the kidneys (perfectly cooked) and the homemade fries.

Nice atmosphere, the restaurant has a unique interior. A kind of combination of alternative industrial and traditional brown pub.
We had a delicious meal, the sauerkraut in particular was very tasty.
Very friendly and helpful staff; they even speak English for those who do not speak French.
Highly recommended!

I ate there in the evening. The Flammkuchen (Alsatian flatbread) was excellent, as was the blueberry almond tart.
The staff were smiling and very friendly. I highly recommend it.

A very pleasant restaurant in the heart of the Laxou industrial park, just a short drive from Nancy.
The team is very close-knit and friendly.
I recommend going here instead of the old restaurant, Le Bureau.

Passing through the area, I stopped for lunch. The staff were welcoming, and having arrived before noon, I didn't have to wait.
I opted for the set menu with a main course and dessert, choosing the dish of the day. However, as someone who travels frequently, I still find €22.50 a bit high considering the small portion size. It's also worth noting that coffee is not included in the set menu.

We had lunch today at the Auberge des 4 Vents. A hearty and delicious meal. That magnificent and delightful profiterole-style swan... The staff were courteous, attentive, and friendly. We will definitely return.
