11/05/2026: Extremely unpleasant telephone reception. I called simply to inquire whether the establishment was currently recruiting and perhaps to obtain further information. The person (supposedly the director) on the phone was cold and unprofessional, then ended up hanging up on me while I was introducing myself as requested. I can understand that an establishment might not be recruiting, but a minimum of respect and politeness towards people who take the time to call would be appreciated. Please continue like this!

01/04/2026: Expanded playing area, new top-of-the-line equipment. Regular investments. I never get tired of it.

23/05/2026: I came in late afternoon and wanted to thank Jonathan for his patience with some customers. He's a very friendly, calm, and cheerful person, which is very pleasant. The selection was excellent. And the pastries were delicious! :) Thank you for the advice. I recommend it and will be back soon.

17/05/2026: As always, the vendors are in a rush. But the worst part is the quality. One baguette wasn't fresh. I wanted one from the display behind the vendor. He refused, arguing that the ones on the counter were just as fresh. That was a lie. It's not the first time I've been ripped off. To top it all off, a discounted Nanterre brioche, but also smaller, and undercooked—that is to say, it hadn't risen... I could go on and on. More and more disappointing...

03/06/2026: The place was filthy, and we waited an hour and a half for very few customers. The service was terrible. I asked for a free ice cream for my daughter and me, but the manager only offered one ice cream for the two of us 🤔🤔🤔. There were two of us waiting, so what would it have cost him to give us two ice creams? I was stunned. So I refused the ice cream for two and left empty-handed.

02/06/2026: Meal served quickly. Smiling and efficient staff, excellent.

10/06/2026: I think, without meaning to be unkind, that there's a lack of communication and professionalism... What a shame.
