07/07/2026: First passenger here on a trip. Almost no charging stations were active, and when it was our turn, the station became unavailable due to an update... This resulted in a long wait that could have been avoided. However, the staff were very understanding.

06/07/2026: It's a great meal in the evening after a heavy drinking session, but they're stingy with the ketchup, and they put a piece of onion in mine even though I asked for none, and my double cheeseburger isn't straight. Anyway, I recommend it.

18/08/2026: Pleasant atmosphere, fast service, good portion for the price. The waitress didn't provide much information about the daily special before we ordered it, but otherwise, everything was very good.

17/08/2026: The setting is unusual; I won't say more, you'll have to come and discover it for yourselves. The steak tartare was superbly prepared and flavorful, the portion of fries a bit small, some of the salad leaves were wilted, and the sauce was industrial—a shame, but overall a lovely dish. For dessert, I ordered the "Diablerie de l'Auberge" on Berenice's recommendation. Thank you, a tip for food lovers! It was a good meal, but unfortunately, the atmosphere became tense when the owner got angry 😒 because of a problem with duplicate drink orders. I understand the need to be careful not to waste anything, as it impacts profits, but being rude to your staff in front of customers is unprofessional. You should wait until the end of service to address any issues that might arise, even if the restaurant isn't full. Telling them the bar must be spotless, or that the holidays are over, or putting pressure on them to find out about extra drinks certainly doesn't help team cohesion. You're smiling 😃 and friendly with your customers, well done! You ensure the smooth running of your establishment, which is normal, but be more courteous with your staff. Even if a mistake occurs, just because they're paid doesn't give you carte blanche. In conclusion, a little humor: you must have had a bad vacation 🤣 or haven't taken it yet.

11/05/2026: Extremely unpleasant telephone reception. I called simply to inquire whether the establishment was currently recruiting and perhaps to obtain further information. The person (supposedly the director) on the phone was cold and unprofessional, then ended up hanging up on me while I was introducing myself as requested. I can understand that an establishment might not be recruiting, but a minimum of respect and politeness towards people who take the time to call would be appreciated. Please continue like this!

01/04/2026: Expanded playing area, new top-of-the-line equipment. Regular investments. I never get tired of it.

16/07/2026: July 16, 2026 at 10:05 AM... A store to avoid! Terrible service. I asked for two ham and Emmental sandwiches. The cashier curtly replied, "We don't have any." I asked if it was possible to make some. "No." I'm a customer, not a friend! Go to the one in the Auchan La Sapinière shopping center, right next to the Thiriet store. You'll be well received and served there.

15/07/2026: It's a real shame to advertise opening hours until 8pm and then when we arrive at 7:45pm the doors are closed and the saleswoman doesn't even bother to come and open them!

09/08/2026: A terrible experience. I ordered a meal today. As soon as I got home, I vomited the meal I'd eaten. I had doubts about the taste while eating and thought, "Oh well, eat it, it's a chain, you can trust it." Shameful. What are the health inspectors doing?

09/08/2026: The ice machine isn't working in this weather.

10/08/2026: Very disappointed 😞 Wanting to treat my children to milkshakes, they were simply not good. It was more like cold milk with runny ice, meant to be drunk like syrup... A long wait only to finally get water. It would be good to retrain your staff because they clearly don't know what they're doing... I stopped coming here to eat because it was too expensive for what it was, but now I won't be coming at all...

10/08/2026: Just passing through. Similar to other Flunch restaurants. Nothing special.

10/08/2026: Just ordered a few lovely cups of coffee, with some croissants, donuts, and a cookie to go. The quality is good and everything was nice and warm and fresh. We happened to pass by here while our car was charging. A nice spot for a tasty coffee and fresh sandwiches on the road! ☕🥐🍩

09/07/2026: The team has always been very friendly, despite the staff turnover. And the products are high quality.
