We're happy to return to this local French restaurant. The portions are generous, but they're happy to make a little package with the leftovers. The staff is young and friendly. We'll be back.

An unpretentious family restaurant with genuinely friendly staff.
Unfortunately, the food doesn't live up to expectations.
The mushrooms stuffed with snails were rather bland and lacked depth. We then tried the pan-seared steak tartare, intrigued by this unusual preparation… but the result was disappointing. It was something resembling an undercooked burger: neither truly raw nor truly cooked. A shame, because the meat itself was of good quality.
We also ordered a rump steak with pepper sauce… which we had to search for under the salad and fries. The sauce, meanwhile, was more like a meat jus than the proper pepper sauce one might expect.
The wine, on the other hand, was quite good—French wines are always a safe bet in this regard.
This is all the more regrettable given that the establishment is practically the only restaurant in the neighborhood (apart from fast food). We would have liked a cuisine with a little more finesse and control.

Passing through the region for work, I had the chance to stop at the Auberge des Quatre Vents, and honestly, go for it! The welcome was top-notch, despite my late arrival. As a former restaurant worker, I know it's not easy to receive customers a little late after long days of work. The quality of the meal (I had the bouillon menu) was perfect. I had asked for the "complete" option, but I stopped after the main course because the plates were very generous. The waiters/waitresses are very pleasant and professional. Honestly, you can go there with your eyes closed and let yourself be carried away by a moment of happiness.

A very nice discovery of this restaurant, the staff are very professional and efficient. I thoroughly enjoyed the kidneys (perfectly cooked) and the homemade fries.

A wonderful discovery! The service was top-notch and very efficient, and we had a delicious meal. The staff were pleasant, and some (like the bartender) had a great sense of humor 😍. A fantastic team, thank you for your professionalism!

Nice atmosphere, the restaurant has a unique interior. A kind of combination of alternative industrial and traditional brown pub.
We had a delicious meal, the sauerkraut in particular was very tasty.
Very friendly and helpful staff; they even speak English for those who do not speak French.
Highly recommended!
