Auberge des Tilleuls sur Souvigny

While spending a week in Souvigny, we discovered the Auberge des Tilleuls. The welcome was very friendly, the dishes were gourmet and delicious, and the presentation was meticulous, original, and delicate, thanks to its edible flowers. We had a wonderful time and had the opportunity to chat with the chef, who certainly doesn't lack courage. We wish him continued delighting his guests' taste buds for many years to come.

Everything about this restaurant is excellent: the welcome, the service, the food, the smiles. We enjoyed the salads as starters (which can be served as main courses), the veal with Grand Veneur sauce (the chef is also the Saucier Chef), and the cod loins. And for dessert (everything is homemade): iced nougat, chocolate fondant, and more. Not to mention the appetizers, as well as the planter's punch and the owner's rum liqueur. We also enjoyed chatting with the chef, who knows how to take the time with his customers. The service was also very friendly. Highly recommended!
