We had a wonderful time at the Auberge des Vignes in Volnay. The welcome was warm, the setting pleasant and authentic, perfect for enjoying a delicious meal in a convivial atmosphere. Special mention goes to the beef bourguignon, absolutely delicious: melt-in-your-mouth meat, a rich and perfectly balanced sauce… a real treat! You can taste the care taken in the cooking and the quality of the ingredients. A truly excellent restaurant that we wholeheartedly recommend; we will definitely be back!

21/11/2023: The cuisine is very original and its unique menu concept, already widespread in other establishments, is interesting. Despite everything, we will not return there because the welcome (and the service, except for the young girl) was far from being "family" as the website led us to hope and the room is cold due to its black decoration ( not to mention the lack of cleaning on the glass shelves...).
