As the name suggests, "Le Cellier Volnaysien" is actually located in the large and beautifully furnished basement of a beautiful old house in the center of the village of Volnay, just under 5 km southwest of Beaune.
Always important to me:
You can make a reservation online via the restaurant's website and we immediately received a confirmation (with the kind request to inform us immediately of any changes).
The reception and service were also very friendly, the dishes we chose were delicious and the selection of wines (of course) was very large.
On the subject of wine:
Since there are a lot of winemakers in town, you can buy very good wines directly from the producer not only in the restaurant, but also in the immediate vicinity.
