Genuine creativity, excellent products, and a very pleasant welcome. The halibut was slightly overcooked, but the rest was a perfect interplay of textures and flavors.

This was our first experience at Auberge du Bac, and we were pleasantly surprised by the high-quality food. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The service and welcome were excellent. We can't wait to return. Perhaps a vegetarian option could be added.

What can I say? Except that this haven of pleasure delights us month after month! This time, a duck à la presse (presented just like at La Tour d'Argent) A crispy pâté en croûte (not soggy like in the supermarket) with real ingredients like foie gras and sweetbreads… The dessert, as always, lived up to its reputation: DELICATE And SUBTLE Impeccable service! No waiting, but not too fast either! Like a night of love… Managed and overseen by the maître d'hôtel, ANTONY the bearded one! The pillar of the restaurant! A small GREEN Chartreuse to aid digestion and philosophize about life with the CHEF, the Owner The lord of FRENCH gastronomy! Long live Epicureanism, long live the Baccalaureate! LONG LIVE FRANCE!

This place is truly lovely and welcoming. We were greeted by a very friendly and relaxed team. A wonderful atmosphere. As for the meal, it was delicious and exquisite—what can I say... a real treat! We had an excellent birthday evening that we'll definitely be adding to our list of cherished memories. Thank you, Auberge du Bac... We'll be back.
