Auberge du Bachelard sur Uvernet-Fours

L'auberge ne fait pas honneur aux ravioles de Fours qui sont épaisses, pâteuses et sans goût, quant au rôti de 7heures du pays confit au foin, grande déception ! Dans les deux cas. de figure, La recette est vraiment à revoir !

We ended up here on our way from the Route des grandes d'Alpes as there was nothing left to book in Barcelonette. It turned out that the annual Moto Festival was taking place. We were warmly welcomed in German by the landlady at the Auberge. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The old, cozy house is in an idyllic location next to a small river. The room was very quiet and cozy, lovingly renovated. As a guest you can order drinks from 5 p.m. and fine dining from 7 p.m. This was also reflected in the price. We will certainly come back.

We had the Marmotte room, small but very well appointed, lots of charm. The bedding is very good. We had our meals there and enjoyed ourselves every time. The owner is a truly charming person who contributed greatly to our enjoyment of our stay. Besides, we are so happy there that we are extending our stay...

A beautiful place on the banks of the Bachelard. You can taste dishes that are typical of everyday life in a beautiful, calm and soothing atmosphere. We will come back with joy.. Smaller swim in the very invigorating torrent...
