I had the pleasure of enjoying lunch at Auberge du Bois Prin in Chamonix, and it was an exceptional experience. The restaurant offers a delightful mix of fresh, inventive cuisine and stunning views of Mont Blanc, making for a perfect midday meal. What truly stood out was the staff's attentiveness—they were incredibly considerate of my food allergies, ensuring each dish was both safe and delicious. Additionally, they welcomed my two dogs with warmth and care, making the entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. The combination of great food, beautiful scenery, and thoughtful service made for a memorable lunch.

Just perfect!! The room, the service, the restaurant, everything was top notch 👍. The hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from the town center of Chamonix, the hotel has parking. The icing on the cake: waking up in the early morning with an incredible view of Mont Blanc 💖 and then having breakfast (excellent) on the sunny terrace. After a hike, nothing is more pleasant than relaxing on the deckchairs, after a sauna and a hot bath. A magnificent hotel 😍 I recommend it

An incredible place where we enjoyed our stay, a very intimate and family atmosphere where everyone makes a point of ensuring that everything goes well. The view is just incredible. To be redone as soon as possible

Service, location, and room were all top notch. The rooms are well decorated and very comfortable. The spa area and the hot tub/sauna were also a nice touch and made our stay very comfortable. We’ve stayed in a few places in Chamonix and this is by far the best. The restaurant was top notch. The 5 course meal was well balanced and had so many different flavors and plates that I was left amazed. The service in the restaurant was also wonderful. They were so kind and accommodating to make the meal a joy. My wife and I would love to come back again.

Le Chef Emmanuel Renaut, trois étoiles au Flocon de Sel à Megève, nous a fait l’honneur de nous proposer quelques repas gastronomiques dans son établissement de Chamonix, suite à la fermeture temporaire de son restaurant à Megève. 🌟 Sa cuisine, toujours aussi généreuse, évolue d’année en année sans jamais renier son style unique. Ce fut un véritable plaisir de découvrir ces nouvelles surprises culinaires, toujours à la hauteur de ses trois étoiles. Encore bravo et merci, et bon courage pour vos travaux à Megève ! 👏 Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le service personnalisé par le Chef et son épouse à table. Un seul menu, mais sur mesure pour ceux qui le souhaitent. Une très belle idée !

Nous y sommes allés pour l’hôtel mais la vraie révélation est au restaurant! Laissons un peu de temps au nouveau propriétaire d’élever le niveau de l’hôtellerie au standard actuel du 4 étoiles qu’il revendique… Tout l’intérêt de ce lieu est dans la cuisine. Le jeune chef Veyrat (bien inspiré par Emmanuel Renaut )nous a régalé avec une cuisine pleine de saveur. Nous avons eu le plaisir aussi d’une belle découverte bien conseillée par la sommelière. Croisons les doigts pour que cette table s’installe durablement à Chamonix avec un chef qui incarnera ce magnifique lieux!
