01/04/2024: Great bistro to have some burgers and beers. I'd seen that it has very positive reviews on google so we decided to give it a try. We tried the chicken fingers as a starter and they were really nice. They were served with a few sauces, one of which was spicy and really tasty. As a starter we ordered four burgers and try were really good. The quality of the meat was good along with the rest of the ingredients. The service was really good, the guy who served us was really nice and helped us with all out doubts. Very nice place in general for some american food. Take into account that depending on when you go they have different menus. We went at 3pm when they opened and options were a bit restricted but again everything was great. 100% recommend.

03/04/2024: Just went here two nights in a row on our trip to Chamonix. And we will probably be back before we leave. Amazing cozy setting. Service is great. Food is amazing - big salads are epic. Homemade lasagna is outstanding. Would give 6 stars if possible.

04/04/2024: We had an excellent evening when we came to Sérac. However, I have one small detail that disappointed us a little: the lack of seasoning in each dish. But overall it remains a good restaurant to share an evening with friends

04/04/2024: The Prieuré chalet hotel is an exceptional place. The rooms are very comfortable, the view incredible from the 7th floor. The breakfast is very generous and of good quality. The services at the spa are also excellent. All the staff were very pleasant during our stay.

03/04/2024: Great, quiet location just steps from town. Easy access to ski busses, and a short walk to tons of restaurants and cafes. Spa was nice, if always a little too crowded. Rooms were smaller than I thought based on photos, but well appointed. Our room was always a tad too warm despite adjusting the temp, and we slept with the door open.
