Nous sommes dans une ancienne ferme du Haut Doubs, non loin de la vallée de la Brévine (Suisse). Décor forestier. Une grande salle et une petite accueillent les convives. Pour nous, nous avons eu un serveur hors paire. Nous avons opté pour une potence de viandes. Un délice flambé à l' Armaniac, le jus dégoulinant sur de petites pommes de terre. A tomber ! La viande super tendre. A y retourner les yeux fermés

A superb setting, the dishes are a treat for the taste buds and the eyes. The service is perfect but a little too 'rigid', no smiles, no real exchange except to ask what we want and if it suits us in a cold tone.
We found the staff to be unfriendly and unfriendly and it's a real shame. That's why I gave it 3 stars.

With its bucolic geographical location, the inn welcomes you with warmth and friendliness.
The homemade aperitifs are excellent and all the dishes make your mouth water.
It’s delicious and filling.
A place where Heidi would like a taste break.

We had lunch with 5 people and our dog on the terrace, well sheltered from the sun by parasols.
We did not take the €40 menu option because the couple who accompanied us and knew the place told us that one main course and one dessert was enough because the plates were well stocked.
Which turned out to be correct, my partner and I opted for the "Unmissable with morels", a piece of angus beef served on a very hot plate with small new potatoes and a morel sauce with beautiful whole mushrooms.
The desserts were also excellent.
A very good address, certainly a little far from the village of Montlebon, but accessible by a pleasant road and which allows you to admire a superb landscape just a stone's throw from the Swiss border.

Un lieu perdu avec ses airs de musée à ciel ouvert. On passe la porte et toute la chaleur des fermes comtoise est là. Accueil sympathique, service très agréable et assiettes copieuses. On passe un excellent moment.
