We've been to this inn several times, and the experience is always excellent!
Everything we've tasted has been delicious, with a special mention for the meat, which is simply exquisite. 🥩 The dishes are flavorful and of high quality.
The staff is also very welcoming, warm, and incredibly kind!
We will definitely be back, and many more times! An excellent place that we highly recommend. ⭐️

We enjoyed delicious, typical Franche-Comté cuisine at this charming inn, with its rustic yet tasteful decor. A highlight is the inn's original and spectacular specialty: the "potences," a presentation of the meat (a combination of Charolais beef and duck) arranged like a vertical barbecue, which is lit before your very eyes, dazzled by the flames of Armagnac. The menu is varied and also includes salads, charcuterie, and fish dishes, so there's something for everyone.

One of my favorite restaurants in the area.
Besides being suitable for all budgets, you can feel the desire to offer simple, high-quality cuisine where the concept of enjoyment is central.
I highly recommend it, summer or winter, for a warm and welcoming time with friends or family.

Incredible discovery!! A magnificent inn with an authentic setting, serving generous local cuisine... Numerous specialties, each as delicious as the last! A gem we wish we could find more often.

What can I say?
Except that it was perfect. An excellent experience: the meal, the setting, the staff.
The food was magnificent, and the service was impeccable. An inn worthy of its name, just the way we like them.
We will definitely return with others because we loved it so much. Don't change a thing.
