On vacation in Morteau we went there for lunch. The waiter was very nice for the atmosphere during the week. There were 2 couples in the room. We ate a fillet of trout with absinthe sauce. I found that the fish was bathed a little too much in a sauce. a little too oily. a pork fillet a little overcooked the meat was a little tough the desserts were good
Very good restaurant, extra meat, nice waiter, only downside one whiskey not great remember to have a voucher to satisfy the fans well done to all and to frequent without moderation
Don't be afraid to travel a few km to get there.
The tops in all their beauty, a magnificent interior, a superb welcome, the women at the service who are always attentive.
And of course, our congratulations to the chef.
A great place to come back to.
The dishes are always very good and the service always impeccable.
