Eternal thanks to the TELLECHEA couple. The pear-trout-foie gras mille-feuille and, of course, Xamango's Parmentier will remain among the pinnacles of gastronomy. And those impromptu evenings with Jean-Claude... Nostalgia for a genuine authenticity punctuated by unwavering standards.

Very good. Amazing dessert, especially the Grand Marnier soufflé. Simple but very good cuisine. Beautiful presentation, quick, efficient, and professional service. It's a shame the inn is closing due to retirement 😭 Go before it closes for good

01/09/2026: We had a wonderful lunch at Le Belzunce today. Very friendly and attentive service. We ordered one Moules Frites and one Salade Chipirónes, and shared Île Flottante for dessert. Delicious food, fair prices. Highly recommended!
22/08/2026: A warm and intimate restaurant with a secluded dining room and a patio whose existence you wouldn't suspect when passing by. Worth seeing and revisiting
