We went to dinner at this newly opened restaurant and what a wonderful discovery! Booking was very easy, but given the quality of the establishment, it's unlikely to last long. The restaurant has been completely renovated with impeccable taste. From the moment you enter, you're warmly welcomed by a professional team and discover a superb, carefully curated wine cellar. The decor is elegant and the setting truly splendid: you immediately feel at home, almost like you're at a friend's house. The tables are well-spaced, allowing you to enjoy a convivial and discreet moment, whether as a couple or with friends. You immediately sense the restaurateur's desire to offer their customers a genuine culinary experience. The menu is original and surprising. Two options are offered: a tasting menu or à la carte. The latter isn't very extensive, but that's precisely what guarantees expertly prepared, high-quality dishes—a far cry from the endless menus you often see elsewhere. We opted to share several small plates, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Each dish was a delightful discovery of flavors. And the desserts? Excellent! The value for money is very good, especially for an establishment of this caliber, which also has parking. Another plus: despite its proximity to the road, there's no noise to disturb the moment. I'm not used to leaving reviews, but this place truly deserves to be known. In my opinion, it could quickly attract the attention of the Michelin Guide or Gault & Millau. A future institution! What a wonderful trip! I thoroughly enjoyed both the food and the wine pairings. Not to mention all the little details that make all the difference. As a vegetarian, I was delighted to discover a menu that was just as thoughtfully designed and carefully prepared as the one our friends at the table enjoyed. We were already fans of the restaurant before the new owners took over, so it was obvious we had to try Complices. A truly wonderful discovery. The crab was excellent, fresh, and perfectly seasoned—a real treat. The egg and mushroom fricassee were delicious, perhaps a touch too rich, but that's just our preference. The picanha with pepper sauce was also excellent, high-quality meat. Again, the sauce was very good, but a little too rich for our taste (we're not at a restaurant to diet, so it didn't matter at all). All of this was accompanied by glasses of Côtes du Rhône AOP red wine, a perfect match for the picanha—a great choice and unbeatable value. In conclusion, I'd like to say that the wine cellar has a very wide selection, notably a large number of champagnes, which is rare. We'll be back often, and it's a pleasure to have an establishment of this caliber in Roquefort-les-Pins. Thank you for a very enjoyable evening, and best of luck for the future.

We discovered the opening of the new restaurant this evening with friends, and we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful renovations and the tasting of each dish. The menu is superb, varied, and original. We highly recommend this restaurant where we had a lovely evening.
