Great food, friendly and charming service, wonderful atmosphere and an absolutely spectacular view!

The place is still as magical as ever, with an incredible view from the terrace. The menus are simple but very good, the service is both efficient and friendly, and I regularly return to introduce the Restaurant du Col d'Aulac to family and friends.

The place is timeless, the food excellent and hearty. The only slight drawback is that the dining room can get a bit noisy when it's full...

A restaurant serving local and traditional cuisine. The menu is simple but the ingredients are excellent. The setting is exceptional, with views of the mountains and, of course, the valley. We tried the porcini mushroom omelet and the aligot: both were delicious. The mixed platter was also perfect. The service was a little slow but very friendly.

Ideally located tables in a magnificent setting, just 20 minutes from Puy Mary. There are a few tables on the terrace and indoor seating. We thoroughly enjoyed both the food and the ambiance.

What more can be said than the view...??? : the food, the friendliness, etc...

Splendid view and impeccable service

Honest and unpretentious local cuisine, a limited menu (vegetarians beware!) typical of the region! Good, well-prepared ingredients, served with friendliness and efficiency ✨ As a bonus, breathtaking views of the Mars Valley.

The welcome was perfect despite the late hour, 2:30 pm. The aligot was generous and mild (I prefer it salted to my liking). The tripe dish was quite good. No complaints.

Lunch on a terrace with a breathtaking view is a magical moment. The owner is incredibly kind, and the dishes are simple yet of high quality. I'll definitely be back...
