Auberge du Daschbuhl sur Colmar

Not to my standard. Despite booking we didn’t get a friendly greeting. The waiters was cold and unfriendly. We was pleased they gave us a window table (thank you). The restaurant was full, so clearly popular with the locals. The cocktail was of poor quality (a juice and liquor) in separate containers not mixed. The main dish was not served warm throughout parts was hotter than others. My partner enjoyed his meal. So it’s a subjective opinion, but it was not a good experience for me.

First visit recently and it won't be the last, the premises are sublime and the exterior layout is also very nice! Just as beautiful, the presentation of the well-crafted dishes, a choice of traditional dishes but not only that, there is something for everyone. The team was very welcoming, pleasant and were really very efficient even though there were a lot of us and the restaurant was packed! The prices are fair overall!

Cuisine correcte sans plus, ni dans le goût ni la présentation. Accueil et service souriant et efficace.

Très belle Auberge joliment située. Les plats sont toujours excellents et le service impeccable en plus d’être chaleureux ! (Cela compte énormément donc merci à vous) Si vous aimez la daurade je vous conseille vivement le filet de daurade qui était divinement bon et bien accompagné. Mention spéciale pour la poire belle Hélène revisitée et le chef qui m’a gentiment ajouté un surplus de chocolat noir fondu, un grand merci c’était divin. Je recommande vivement ce lieu et vous suggère aussi le magret de canard ou l’araignée de bœuf à l’ail, vous ne serez pas déçu.
