I came this weekend to eat there, and the food was really good, no complaints there. However, I was greeted by a very cold (and burly) young man when I arrived.
A real shame! My friend, who arrived before me, made the same comment that the welcome hadn't been great.

Nice little dish, but the service was a bit slow. Also, the waitress couldn't tell us what was in the "gourmet coffee." She just said it was little cakes 😁 and well, yes, I figured.

We dined at Auberge du Forgeron and it was a wonderful experience.
The cuisine was generous and expertly prepared, using high-quality ingredients and flavorful dishes, all served in a warm and welcoming atmosphere where you feel at ease from the moment you arrive.
Special mention goes to the service: attentive, friendly, and professional. Johann was our waiter that day: available, polite, efficient, and possessing a genuine connection that makes all the difference. He perfectly embodies the spirit of the establishment.
A place where the food is excellent and the service is as good as the food. We will gladly return.
