Evening at the gourmet restaurant... As always, the dishes were excellent. A particular favorite was the sea bass with bisque sauce and peas with kiwi. Bravo and see you soon!

Beautiful establishment and excellent service.
We went there for the Lille flea market, highly recommended for its ideal location for getting to Lille by train, just steps away. We didn't get a chance to try the gourmet restaurant, but it looked perfect. Great atmosphere and nice breakfasts.

We came for our wedding. The service was pleasant, and the original 7-course menu was good, offering something for everyone. However, there was no special attention to the occasion…we weren't expecting that, but still… On the other hand, it was too noisy with the reception hall and people celebrating a birthday next door. Too much coming and going. For a fine dining experience, we expect more tranquility. The meal took too long to start—over an hour…it lasted almost 5 hours. But we had a good, albeit long, time. The food and wine pairing was perfect. There's room for improvement.

Simply a wonderful place for weddings or banquets, with a magnificent terrace in the backyard. Exquisite French cuisine and a wide selection of cheeses. A special thank you to the staff for their excellent service. I’d be delighted to visit again.

Le Bistro du Forgeron restaurant: perfect location in the city center, small parking lot for customers, a good selection on the menu, generous portions, reasonable prices, fresh and elegant cuisine, and very attentive service. Simple and friendly atmosphere; well-maintained establishment.
We had a lovely and long lunch celebrating our birthday.

The place is a bit old-fashioned, a bit dated, but the food isn't too bad; the meat is okay, but the Welsh rarebit needs improvement—the bread inside isn't great.
