As usual, the service was very pleasant in a warm and typical regional setting. The cuisine is prepared with love for local ingredients, perfect for those who appreciate the finer things in life! Recommended by friends, knowing we'd be staying in Ustaritz, we booked the day before—Valentine's Day, of course! 😜 What a fantastic find! A warm welcome and a delicious meal. We had to come back because the calf's head was so popular, but no regrets—the rabbit tournedos Rossini was divine. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end and will definitely return.

Excellent welcome. Always a warm welcome. Very, very good, seasonal cuisine. Nothing to complain about. Except for the customers next to us who were very unpleasant to the waitress. We will definitely be back very soon. Happy holidays to all!

I chose the squid and tripe as my main dishes, and I was impressed. This is probably the best squid dish in the Basque Country. The tripe is also a special cut, of the highest quality. Highly recommended!

22/04/2026: A very warm welcome, lovely food, wonderful aromas in the dining room, and a great time spent as a couple.
10/04/2026: Jean-Marie gave us an extremely warm welcome and made us feel right at home. His wife Solange's cooking is simply divine. Homemade cuisine and quality ingredients. You can go there without hesitation!
