We had a wonderful week from September 23rd to 30th, 2026 at the Auberge des Grands Bois. The welcome was very warm, and the accommodation was satisfactory. Breakfast was plentiful, and the evening meal served in our room was also plentiful and delicious, despite the restaurant being closed due to the off-season. Thank you to the entire team.

There were about twenty of us, and it went very well. The food was good and plentiful (even too much). The setting was ideal for a group. There was a large parking lot. The service was very pleasant.

A wonderful discovery at the Auberge du Grand Bois!
A truly excellent place where you're guaranteed a fantastic time. The menus are very reasonably priced considering the quality: the dishes are generous, well-presented, and absolutely delicious! All this in a very pleasant and relaxing setting. A big thank you to the staff, who were equally welcoming and attentive.
Don't hesitate to stop by; you won't be disappointed!

It's very good and hearty, made with quality ingredients. I personally had a Périgord salad served with a warm porcini mushroom sauce; it was a real treat. All the dishes we ordered were excellent. I highly recommend it.

€19 for the set menu (photos attached). Good value for money. Homemade fruit salad, good cheeses, and the rest was simple but tasty. Very efficient service in just one hour. Ideal for a road trip.

The meat dishes were delicious. We tried frog legs in garlic sauce, beef, and duck. The mushrooms were also perfectly cooked.
The waiters were young and inexperienced. The bread and frites never arrived. And they forgot about napkins.
