The food was very good, although perhaps the canapés served before the amuse-bouche could be improved as they were too cold. A special mention goes to the dessert: Reine-Claude plum compote, mirabelle plum sorbet, and shortbread, which was excellent and beautifully presented. The staff was very attentive.

We came last night with friends and had a VERY good evening. The meal was simply excellent; you could see how much care and dedication the kitchen staff put into creating dishes that were both beautiful and delicious. A special mention also goes to the service, impeccable from start to finish. A big thank you and congratulations! We will be back with great pleasure.

Great gourmet restaurant, a colleague of Clos Perché. A must-do if you're passing through Billy... You won't be disappointed because this restaurant is excellent, the staff is very pleasant with very affordable prices and a very friendly chef.
