I didn't know the previous owners, but the new ones who took over are fantastic. They gave us a warm welcome upon arrival. A real highlight is the open kitchen. The tarte flambée is excellent, as are the other dishes. The menu changes according to the fresh, seasonal produce available. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff are professional. We'll definitely be back for more! ☺️

A charming inn with a lovely terrace. The welcome was excellent, the staff were friendly and attentive. I came to eat Alsatian dishes and found exactly what I was looking for (Bib and Alsatian strawberries). The cuisine is a blend of traditional Alsatian dishes and modern, refined fare. The dishes and presentation are sophisticated. I particularly enjoyed the edible flowers in my Alsatian strawberry dessert. I also greatly appreciated the herbal tea made with herbs from the garden at the end of the meal. You choose your own blend, and the herbs were fresh. It was the perfect ending to an excellent meal. I will return to try the traditional wood-fired tarte flambée, as it looked delicious to my neighbors, judging by their expressions. And don't forget the Alsatian asparagus, which is a must-try this time of year. I also drank a very good Alsatian Pinot Blanc with a lovely acidity that brought a nice freshness. Good value for money.

I had the pleasure of dining with my in-laws this evening at the Auberge de Zorn, and the welcome was simply outstanding. An exceptional place, with lots of wood and a truly warm atmosphere. The cuisine focuses exclusively on fresh, local products, which is immediately apparent in every dish. The tarte flambée, cooked over a wood fire, is the best I've ever eaten. And the icing on the cake: the tea, a delightful surprise that charmed us. A huge thank you for this unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful discovery! I ate the best tarte flambée of my life—and I'm from Alsace, I've eaten tons of them. Everything on the plate is local, right down to the plate itself. You can feel a real sense of consistency, a genuine commitment. The service is fantastic: passionate, kind, you truly feel welcome. Exquisite decor and tableware. A delight to eat from antique dishes. Beautifully presented, very pretty with flowers, etc. Delicious food. Excellent staff. A wonderful experience; we will be back.
