We came to eat a tarte flambée at Pont de la Zorn. It was very good, no complaints about the quality. However, we were surprised by the prices: €13 for a tarte flambée, which is significantly more than what you usually find (around €10 in the area). The same was true for the coffees, with a large coffee costing over €4, which also seemed expensive. It's a shame, because even though everything was good, the prices seem excessive. We won't be returning for this reason, especially since you can find excellent tarte flambée at more reasonable prices elsewhere.

The tarte flambée is always delicious, the wine list is very much in tune with current trends, and the selection is largely clean and natural! The cuisine features superb products sourced from high-quality producers and farmers! The service is dynamic and attentive. Online booking is very easy and also convenient for the current situation. The credit card authorization is simply a guarantee to ensure that the customer notifies the restaurant in case of unforeseen circumstances that prevent them from honoring the reservation, which should be the least they could do…! Congratulations to this young couple for their expertise and dedication!

Initially, we were a little disappointed because we were seated right next to the kitchen and didn't get to see much of the beautiful, authentic dining room. However, it quickly turned out that we had been given the VIP table for the evening: this allowed us to witness all the processes and techniques of the incredibly friendly team. We were very impressed by the passion, dedication, hospitality, and joy with which typical Alsatian cuisine is prepared at the highest level. So it wasn't difficult for us to step outside our comfort zone and try the snails, foie gras, and boudin, and we weren't disappointed for a second. And as a bonus, they had the best tarte flambée of our lives! A truly unique experience; we will definitely be back and will recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
