Very good time with friends. We opted for a delicious tarte flambée with smoked trout as a starter to share (a must) then the seasonal dishes followed: asparagus, rhubarb... Impeccable service!

Superb restaurant, we have been going there for years, the cuisine is top notch, the Flamms are perfect and not too fatty, very digestible, the desserts are excellent and the service perfect and very attentive. Restaurant always full, victim of its success! See you soon

Warm Alsatian setting that combines tradition and modernity! You will be well received by the Debeer family and their acolytes It's difficult to choose between the tartes flambées and the seasonal menu that is offered! How not to finish the meal with a herbal tea from the garden prepared freshly in front of you according to your desires. The reputation of this institution is obviously well established.

Everything was perfect ! A succulent meal, gourmet desserts, and above all a herbal tea from the garden that is always just as warm with fresh plants selected by a master's hand! The owners are friendly and professional! What more ? (And no, the credit card imprint did not bother us at all when booking)

Very nice welcome! The boss is friendly, professional and very attentive. The staff is also very pleasant. The setting is typical and well eaten and the view of the kitchen is surprising. As for the tarte flambée, it’s really excellent! Address to recommend.

25/02/2024: For me the best tarte flambée. Bourgeois Alsatian cuisine. The restaurant is furnished and decorated in Alsace style. A great terrace for the warmer season.
