Inn at a crossroads. The rooms are very comfortable. Charles is an exceptionally welcoming and generous host. The cuisine is local, featuring regional products. And what can I say about breakfast? A real treat! Thank you

Having stayed at the Auberge some time ago, here's a new review of the restaurant we visit every year. Authentic local cuisine, far removed from the trendy "touristy mountain hut" style, offering quality dishes. Among the locals, come and enjoy a delicious meal at this neighborhood institution.

A fantastic stage of the GRP (Grande Randonnée de Pays) tour of the Aubrac mountains, with a detour to get there, but Charles offered to bring hikers back on the right path the next morning. The welcome and the host were warm, and the food was excellent! I'll gladly come back…

A meal you can eat even if you're not hungry (but it's better to be hungry)! Everything is cooked with the traditional skills of the Lozère region: from sausage and aligot to trufade...right down to dessert! Don't hesitate to stop by this wonderful place!

12/07/2026: Simple and delicious. Despite our late arrival, we were warmly welcomed and served perfectly. The meal was excellent, the service particularly pleasant, and the view from the terrace is truly lovely. A great place!
04/07/2026: Excellent dinner with unlimited aligot and cheese. Very friendly atmosphere and staff. Highly recommended.
