Very pleasant place, the staff are helpful and attentive. Top cuisine with quality products. Thank you to the whole team for giving us this moment of relaxation, we will come back with our eyes closed. (We did not occupy a room but in order not to lower the average a 5 was awarded by us)

Very warm welcome for lunch! We enjoyed the aligot and were able to see a little demo at a table. Impeccable service. Thank you for accepting our dog 🩵. We highly recommend this restaurant for a little break like at home with very good value for money and a balanced meal (raw vegetables for starter and fruit for dessert, my doctor will be delighted 😁) EXCELLENT 👏

We had the pleasure of eating at the Auberge du Radal. The dishes offered there are typical of the region. It’s a restaurant that I recommend both for the quality of its dishes and for the kindness of the hosts.

Excellent endroit pour se réunir en famille, une auberge avec des plats d’un autre monde. Le personnel est accueillant. On y a tous très bien mangé. De la charcuterie a la viande en passant par l’aligot, un délice ☺️

Un incontournable de la Lozère, si vous souhaitez une cuisine typique de la région prenez le temps de faire un détour pour être satisfaits et vous régaler avec des plats authentiques goûteux. Un service et un accueil chaleureux. Le rapport qualité prix est approprié. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
