The perfect place to eat local food. Everything is delicious! I thoroughly enjoyed the Aubrac beef skewer, and yet I'm not a big meat eater.

We came for the restaurant, which offers typical regional dishes and an authentic atmosphere. The Aubrac crispy cheese and the aligot were excellent. The dishes are high-quality and generously served; the €33 set menu (starter, main course, dessert) is very good value. All the staff were warm and welcoming. The location offers a superb view of the Lozère countryside. I highly recommend it!

We didn't stay overnight, just ate at the restaurant, but it's a great place. The aligot was excellent, the €33 set menu was perfect, very generous portions, and truly delicious. The waitresses were very friendly. However, the restaurant empties out at 9:30 pm; we were the only ones there. They also run a hostel, so they get up early for breakfast... which is understandable.

The menus are appealing and the products are high quality 👍, especially the meat.

Friendly staff, top-notch dishes, spotless restaurant... Nothing to complain about!
Salads, meats, sides (aligot, truffade, and fries), vegetables, and homemade desserts or ice cream!!!
I highly recommend it 🥰
For an aperitif, try the white wine with tea ❤️

Simply the best restaurant in Lozère! The beef and aligot are incredible! This is a place you absolutely must try. The portions are very generous and the food is top quality.
The staff is very welcoming and friendly, and the service is excellent.
Very good value for money.
