An institution in the Aubrac region, offering homemade aligot, pâté, and ham, all at very reasonable prices, in a superb location, and with a warm welcome. In peak season, it's best to book ahead! The owners have changed, but the formula remains the same—fantastic! Surely the best aligot in the area.

The setting on the terrace is incredible. The meal is excellent, and the extra dessert is very, very good. To top it all off, there are beautiful hiking trails nearby.

Authentic and friendly. Real, not dehydrated, aligot—tasty and hearty. The starter, cheese platter, and dessert were equally good. Very reasonable prices and service with a smile ;)

Absolutely flawless!
An extraordinary experience at Relais des Lacs. The cuisine is simple, authentic, and delicious, prepared with truly high-quality ingredients. Special mention goes to the aligot-sausage: a local delicacy, and a real show, with the chef himself serving the meal!
In the dining room, the welcome is just as remarkable: a friendly, smiling, and attentive team. It's a genuine pleasure to share a meal in such a charming setting.
An excellent place to spend a wonderful time. Thank you to the entire team; they truly deserve it!
