Unfortunately, we couldn't have a full meal, but stopping for an aperitif was definitely worth it! The welcome was fantastic, with smiles all around, and the charcuterie board was a real treat: top-quality products, beautifully presented. It really makes you want to book a table to try the rest of the menu next time!

This is our fourth year at Auberge Les Salces, and it's always a real pleasure!
The regional cuisine is just the way we like it: generous and truly excellent. The meat is particularly good, the quality is consistently high, and the table service for the aligot is simply fantastic!
The staff is always so attentive. It's a place we look forward to returning to every year. We'll definitely be back!

We came for the restaurant, which offers typical regional dishes and an authentic atmosphere. The Aubrac crispy cheese and the aligot were excellent. The dishes are high-quality and generously served; the €33 set menu (starter, main course, dessert) is very good value. All the staff were warm and welcoming. The location offers a superb view of the Lozère countryside. I highly recommend it!

We didn't stay overnight, just ate at the restaurant, but it's a great place. The aligot was excellent, the €33 set menu was perfect, very generous portions, and truly delicious. The waitresses were very friendly. However, the restaurant empties out at 9:30 pm; we were the only ones there. They also run a hostel, so they get up early for breakfast... which is understandable.
