A meal you can eat even if you're not hungry (but it's better to be hungry)! Everything is cooked with the traditional skills of the Lozère region: from sausage and aligot to trufade...right down to dessert! Don't hesitate to stop by this wonderful place!

A lovely inn in Aubrac, a spontaneous stop as usual (reservations are highly recommended). Located on the terrace in a magnificent setting, they offer a special menu for walk-ins (reservations are highly recommended 😁), but it's high-quality and delicious, which is the most important thing. The service was excellent despite the crowds, and the owner was jovial and friendly...pure bliss. My only regret was not having access to the menu reserved for those with reservations (reservations are highly recommended...I insist). I'll definitely return, but I'll make a reservation in advance next time 😁.

A meal with friends to enjoy local meat and aligot. A warm welcome and friendly service. The quality and taste of the dishes were excellent, bringing this Aubrac interlude to a close.

Friendly welcome (thank you, Charles). Decent room. Comfortable bed. Delicious and substantial evening meal. Secluded location off the main Aubrac hiking trail. Accessible by car. An excellent stopover.

You can eat either inside or outside, but if you're in a large group, be sure to make a reservation, especially during peak season. In short, this restaurant is very good for a reasonable price. Food: - The aligot is good and all-you-can-eat. - The sausage is excellent. - The rib of beef was very good. - The charcuterie was decent... good, but nothing special. 😉 As for dessert, if you order a set menu, you'll have the choice between ice cream or fruit. You can eat indoors or outdoors, but if you're in a large group, be sure to make a reservation, especially during peak season. In short, it’s a very good restaurant at a reasonable price.
