Stepping through the narrow gate of the hamlet of Brancion feels like entering a fairytale. The enchantment continues upon arriving at the inn: a charming house with exposed beams, recently renovated and decorated with taste and simplicity. The owner is radiant and cheerful. Everything is spotlessly clean. In Brancion, a visit to the lovely Romanesque church is a must, offering a splendid panoramic view of the Mâconnais region from its vantage point.
Thanks to the owner's kindness, we had a wonderful weekend. The rooms are beautiful, and the surroundings, like the place itself, are unique. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend their free time in peace and quiet.
We discovered this place by chance during our stay in Southern Burgundy and really enjoyed the medieval village. A special mention goes to Emma, who welcomed us so warmly. Our room was very comfortable and the bedding was excellent.
