Friendly and very generous, the cuisine is tasteful 😁

1) The waitress was unfortunately nonexistent; the gray-haired man tried to compensate, but only partially succeeded. Our glasses were empty (meaning we had nothing left to drink). The water jugs were NOT clean; the surface was dirty. What I also can't stand is when people wipe their heads with paper after sweating and then don't wash their hands. 2) My brother ordered a Capirinha but received a Campari. Then we were told there was no such thing as a Capirinha. 3) Our daughter wanted fries with her schnitzel but received chunks of potato. 4) The two resident dogs (we have a dog ourselves) were running around the restaurant, which is fine, but one of them defecated next to the stairs, and this wasn't cleaned up immediately. This is absolutely unacceptable in a restaurant. 5) Some of the schnitzels (Milanese) were very tough because they hadn't been pounded. 6) Someone smoked an e-cigarette in front of me while I was paying the bill. This has no place in a restaurant. Bottle of white wine after Receiving criticism, however, does not change the facts.
