We celebrated our daughter's First Communion at this establishment, which I wholeheartedly recommend! Everything was perfect: the food was excellent, the staff were attentive to our needs, and their kindness allowed us to have an unforgettable and truly special experience!

What a shame, the service was excellent, the waiters and the terrace setting very cozy without being ostentatious.
The dishes, however, lacked seasoning. They were far too bland and completely devoid of character. A bit of a disappointment considering the price.

Everything was perfect!
Superb dishes, a lovely atmosphere, and very pleasant waiters/waitresses who knew their menus.
The dishes were beautifully presented and delicious. No complaints whatsoever.

Romantic dinner last night. Calm atmosphere, beautiful dining room. Excellent, well-balanced, and generous meal. The staff is young, competent, and very helpful. You can tell they're training young people with a caring attitude, which is rare these days. Bravo! We'll be back!

I had a wonderful time at La Herse.
The starter was excellent and the steak tartare perfectly prepared. The rice pudding was a slight disappointment, falling a little short of the rest of the meal, but overall, the experience was very positive.
The quality of the ingredients is evident throughout. A reliable restaurant that I highly recommend if you're visiting the "Little Venice of the Beauce"!
