I had a wonderful time at La Herse.
The starter was excellent and the steak tartare perfectly prepared. The rice pudding was a slight disappointment, falling a little short of the rest of the meal, but overall, the experience was very positive.
The quality of the ingredients is evident throughout. A reliable restaurant that I highly recommend if you're visiting the "Little Venice of the Beauce"!

The food was very good and beautifully presented. The setting was pleasant. It's a shame there are no set menus, only à la carte options, as this makes the bill quite high... There was a long wait between courses.

During a group meal. The gizzard salad starter was generous but not very flavorful, followed by a well-prepared filet mignon with mashed potatoes, peas, and mushrooms, vanilla profiteroles, and hot chocolate with a nice cream puff.
The service was very slow and the dining room very noisy, partly due to our own actions!
