Hello, A year ago, Jonathan and his team catered our wedding. After the excellent service and delicious meal, enjoyed by all our guests, we decided to return for dinner at his restaurant, La Herse, in Bonneval, which is an hour from our home. The restaurant has a traditional charm, both inside and out. We chose to dine on the lovely terrace, enjoying the pleasant setting. We would like to thank you warmly for the delicious meal you prepared. Everything was perfect, both in terms of taste and presentation, which truly made our occasion even more special. The warm welcome, your professionalism, and that of your waitstaff were greatly appreciated. A warm welcome from smiling and friendly staff. The menu isn't extensive, but it's more than enough and very promising. Traditional cuisine. We chose the butcher's cut and a beef tartare. Both were absolutely delicious, appetizing, generous, and beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. It was our first time there, but we'll definitely be back.

We came from Montlhéry for a wonderful experience at your restaurant. Everything was perfect; the manager and the servers were fantastic. It was a pleasure to be welcomed like that. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this restaurant.

Catering services for our summer event. We are very pleased to have hired Jonathan and his team. Professional and friendly, with perfect timing. Our cocktail reception/barbecue was perfectly organized.

We celebrated our daughter's First Communion at this establishment, which I wholeheartedly recommend! Everything was perfect: the food was excellent, the staff were attentive to our needs, and their kindness allowed us to have an unforgettable and truly special experience!

What a shame, the service was excellent, the waiters and the terrace setting very cozy without being ostentatious. The dishes, however, lacked seasoning. They were far too bland and completely devoid of character. A bit of a disappointment considering the price.

We were lucky enough to be seated on the terrace; the food was delicious, we thoroughly enjoyed it. We will gladly return!
