First of all, the service was impeccable, very efficient and discreet – truly excellent. Then, the dishes were all delicious, with two particular favorites: the lobster and the langoustine. And for once in a Michelin-starred restaurant, the dessert was as good as the main courses. A wonderful experience in a lovely setting; thank you again for this wonderful moment.

The Pomme d'Api gourmet restaurant is located in the heart of Saint-Pol-de-Léon, just steps from the cathedral. We opted for the tasting menu, much to our delight, and everything was perfect from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed the refined cuisine of Jérémie Le Calvez and his team. We savored each exquisite dish, a true feast for the eyes and the palate. The dishes were beautifully presented, each with a delicate and nuanced flavor. The service was friendly and pleasant, with excellent recommendations from the sommelier. We had a wonderful time in a 17th-century setting where the old and the new are seamlessly integrated. A well-deserved Michelin star and an address not to be missed.

Invited by my parents for lunch...
The welcome was warm, the dining room very pleasant, and the couple running the place were lovely.
They had a perfect mastery of showcasing local produce. The buckwheat ganache dessert with Breton whisky emulsion was to die for :) A restaurant to watch, the second one isn't far behind. Best of luck and see you soon!

My wife and I had lunch together. The service was excellent, with smiling and very pleasant staff. The food was simply delicious. However, there was one drawback: we ordered the John Dory. While mine was fine, my wife's portion had tough spots that she couldn't eat after three bites. The explanation given was that this is the end of the fish during the cutting process; there's always this rough, inedible part. I found this explanation somewhat out of place for a Michelin-starred restaurant where all the dishes should be similar. Perhaps it was because we had a good selection of dishes? It's a shame, because everything else was perfect.

A truly wonderful and first experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant for me, and I will definitely be back. We were welcomed into a beautiful dining room with stone walls and exposed beams, tastefully decorated. The staff was incredibly attentive: elegant, discreet, efficient, and meticulous in their attention to detail. The dishes were amazing and excellent; we were all delighted and surprised by the diversity of textures, accompaniments, and flavor combinations. Each presentation was a true work of art. The cuisine was refined and sophisticated, and the appetizers and emulsions were delicious. Special mention goes to the "Grapefruit" dessert, whose presentation and taste I adored, as well as the Roscoff crab, which was truly sublime. Finally, we enjoyed delightful little bites paired with premium coffees at the end of the meal, a testament to the chef's artistic and meticulous work. Thank you to the team for their warm welcome, to the person who presented the dishes, and of course, congratulations to the kitchen staff and the chef for the quality of the meal and their creativity. We will gladly return before summer to discover new flavors!
