Magical! A haven of relaxation and delicious flavors! We first came in 2022 and returned this month. It's just as good, if not better. The quality of the service, the food, the welcome, the rooms... Everything is perfect! 12/10! We have a story about the sommelier. A truly exceptional character. Enjoy it while you can, he's about to embark on a new chapter in his life! We are absolutely certain that La Pomme d'Api and Le Clos Saint Yves will be just as wonderful on our next visit. All the staff we encountered were both highly professional and incredibly welcoming. We enjoyed the guest rooms. Everything was meticulously maintained, elegant without being ostentatious—a perfect balance. Breakfast was on par with the rest of the experience, with attentive and smiling service from Hélène, whose professionalism and empathy reflect that of the entire team, from the manager to her colleagues. By far the best 1-Michelin-starred restaurant my partner and I have ever been to. We've been twice and can't wait to go back… It deserves more than 1 star because I've never seen such attentive and pleasant staff, such a lovely setting, and such exquisite cuisine. I was pregnant, and they adapted the menu perfectly without it being a problem. Excellent value for money. Thank you for making these moments unforgettable experiences. We were a table of seven celebrating my father's 80th birthday, all enjoying the tasting menu. The setting is very pleasant: lovely architecture in the heart of Saint-Pol-de-Léon and an intimate dining room. We were a little worried about the noise with another family table in the room, but it wasn't a problem at all: the atmosphere remained very pleasant throughout the dinner. The pace of the tasting menu was perfect, with no excessive waiting between courses. And above all, the cooking was remarkably precise. The squid ink amuse-bouche particularly impressed me: visually stunning and delicious to eat. The blue lobster was superb. Its preparation, like that of the langoustine, was truly masterful. The only slight disappointment was the Roscoff crab, whose flavor didn't strike me as exceptional, and we even found a small piece of shell in the dish. But this is a minor point considering the overall quality of the meal. The food and wine pairing also deserves special mention: original, sometimes surprising, but always relevant and very well explained choices. The service greatly contributes to the experience: a competent team, able to answer questions, attentive, and above all, extremely pleasant and friendly, without ever being stuffy. It's expensive, of course, but the price seemed consistent with the level of cuisine, the quality of the ingredients—with a strong emphasis on local produce—and the precision of the cooking. The quality is commensurate with the price. Our only slight regret: not having seen the chef in the dining room, even for just a few moments. We loved the experience.
