While one can rightly expect a lot from a restaurant of this caliber, La Pomme d’Api is something truly special for us. Beyond the Breton culinary masterpieces on the plate, the understated elegance that the discerning observer can perceive is simply magnificent. All this is paired with genuinely friendly, unassuming staff who provide first-class service. The elegant, diligent, and unobtrusive sommelier, Loic Chotard, is also outstanding. Of course, you can order all the incredibly wonderful, renowned, and expensive wines at Pomme d’Api. However, it's far more exciting to let Loic Chotard choose the perfect wines for you. We will be back.

A delightful setting in a magnificent house, a perfect welcome, and the cuisine... every dish is beautifully presented, and you'll enjoy it from beginning to end. A feast for the eyes and an explosion of flavors, with refined and subtly prepared dishes. I highly recommend this place and will certainly return.

First of all, the service was impeccable, very efficient and discreet – truly excellent. Then, the dishes were all delicious, with two particular favorites: the lobster and the langoustine. And for once in a Michelin-starred restaurant, the dessert was as good as the main courses. A wonderful experience in a lovely setting; thank you again for this wonderful moment.

A wonderful experience in St. Pol de Léon. In a beautiful old Breton house, we received a warm welcome and a menu that truly reflects the many regional products available in this fertile agricultural area, where the sea is also very bountiful. The array of amuse-bouches was impressive. The dishes featuring crab, razor clams, and fish were flavorful and creative. The attentive service was perfect. We will be back!

A wonderful stay at La Pomme d’Api as part of an "inspirations" gift package.
First, the location: an old building with a contemporary and airy interior overlooking a lovely inner garden in the heart of the small town of St. Pol de Léon.
Then, the cuisine: everything is expertly prepared, with delightful surprises in the form of appetizers, a variety of homemade breads, and original presentation of the dishes.
The room: both understated and comfortable, overlooking the garden, and a perfect breakfast (the brioche rolls are divine!) served on beautiful tableware.
Morgan's welcome was also very warm, and you can feel his pride in working in such an establishment.

Magical! A haven of relaxation and delicious flavors! We first came in 2022 and returned this month. It's just as good, if not better. The quality of the service, the food, the welcome, the rooms... Everything is perfect! 12/10! We have a story about the sommelier. A truly exceptional character. Enjoy it while you can, he's about to embark on a new chapter in his life! We are absolutely certain that La Pomme d'Api and Le Clos Saint Yves will be just as wonderful on our next visit. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone looking to treat themselves.
