Auberge La Resse sur La Salvetat-Sur-Agout

Passing through La Salvetat-sur-Agout for the Aix-en-Provence Automobile Club's autumn outing, we stopped at the Auberge La Resse with a group of about 25 cars. A huge thank you to the entire team for their warm welcome and flawless organization for our group! The food was perfect from start to finish: A superb and generous starter (a gourmet salad with foie gras and gizzards), A delicious main course, And to top it all off, the spectacle and delight of a magnificent Baked Alaska flambéed tableside! A truly wonderful, gourmet, and convivial establishment, ideal for a stopover or a successful group meal. We highly recommend it!

Great meal, I recommend the frog legs and my friend recommends the homemade burger

We went for a weekend in La Salvetat and were recommended this little inn for a meal, and to our great surprise, we weren't disappointed at all 😊 We received a very warm welcome and the meal was excellent. Summer carpaccio as a starter, frog legs as a main course, and profiteroles for dessert—everything was perfect, thank you!

The restaurant was very good, I recommend it. I didn't try the hotel. The parking lot was cramped.
