Auberge La Resse sur La Salvetat-Sur-Agout

We went for a weekend in La Salvetat and were recommended this little inn for a meal, and to our great surprise, we weren't disappointed at all 😊 We received a very warm welcome and the meal was excellent. Summer carpaccio as a starter, frog legs as a main course, and profiteroles for dessert—everything was perfect, thank you!

Passing through La Salvetat for the day, we didn't know where to eat, so we stopped at this inn. The view was superb, the place has a bit of a rustic feel but is very clean. The food is simple but very good (especially the quality, local ingredients) and the service was quick; the staff is very friendly. We don't regret coming at all, thank you!

Perfect, the frog legs and duck breast were excellent. The owner and staff were incredibly attentive to the customers. Everything was perfect.
