Auberge Le Chene sur Violay

We called at 7 pm for a table of four for that same evening! The restaurant was already quite full when we arrived. The service was very quick, and the food was excellent. The ingredients were fresh, high-quality, and plentiful. The fondue for two was incredible, with its delicious charcuterie and egg at the end. The homemade foie gras was also amazing, served with apple chutney. The dishes were generous and truly delicious. The atmosphere was also great; the waitresses were pleasant and very friendly.

Last-minute booking, we were warmly welcomed and well served. Simple, local cuisine made with good ingredients. Pleasant and relaxing setting, I recommend it. Good value for money.
