Auberge Le Collet sur Saint-Agnan-En-Vercors

For the 3rd year in a row, we stayed with pleasure at the Auberge du Collet. How can I better tell you about the welcome, the kindness of the owners, the good humor of the staff, Christian's talent in the kitchen (research in highlighting the dishes, cooking with local products, well-presented plates), that 'by visiting them! Each room has a small adjoining living room, very useful after hiking.

While passing through the region, we tested the restaurant by chance and we were absolutely not disappointed! Very good value for money with local, seasonal and very well presented products (that's a pleasure)! The server was very welcoming with the service not too fast nor too slow! The proposed menu can suit all tastes (choice between 4 starters, 4 main courses and a wide choice of dessert). I recommend it without hesitation!

Excellent welcome. The dishes are very well presented, with a lot of research into the flavors. The choice is not huge but here, it is a guarantee of quality. Absolutely nothing to complain about! We will return with pleasure and we recommend this hostel.

The restaurant is authentic and entirely homemade. Successful searches for flavors. A very pleasant time spent in this simple but very efficient restaurant.
